Mandel Blond ist unsere einzige FrischSchoggi, die vollständig aus blonder Schokolade gegossen wird. Sie erhält dadurch eine wunderbar intensive Caramelnote, die durch die caramelisierten Nonpareil-Mandeln aus dem sonnigen Kalifornien zusätzlich betont wird.

FrischSchoggi ist eine Erfindung von Läderach. Ihr unvergleichlicher Geschmack liegt uns besonders am Herzen. Deshalb verwenden wir ausschliesslich unsere eigenen, täglich frisch hergestellten Schokoladen und veredeln diese in unserer Schweizer Schokoladenmanufaktur mit hochwertigen, sorgfältig ausgewählten Zutaten.

Kleiner Tipp: Unsere FrischSchoggi sollten Sie möglichst frisch geniessen. Gerade in den ersten Wochen duftet und schmeckt sie besonders gut.

I expected the caramelized nonpareils to be crunchy little bits but they sort of melt into the blonde chocolate, which turned out way better than I imagined. Three squares disappeared in one sitting, so a warning label might be fair.

The blonde chocolate base gives this such a deep caramel flavor without being overly sweet. I expected it to taste basically like white chocolate, but it's richer and darker somehow. Finished the whole bar in two sittings.
