I was worried the honey and cream caramel would make these too sweet, but the candied orange cuts right through it. You can actually taste the almond slivers, and the dark chocolate on the bottom is thick enough to snap. Genuinely one of the better florentiners I've had.

The orange pieces add just the right brightness against the dark caramel, and the whole thing has that satisfying snap before it melts. I’ve already eaten half the bag in two sittings—dangerously good.

The honey and Rahmcaramel give these a deep, almost toffee-like chew that’s nothing like the dry florentiners I’ve had before. Between the almond slices and candied orange, every bite has a nice crunch that gives way to that soft caramel centre.
