I'm not vegan, but this has become my go-to evening treat anyway — the cashew flavor is rich and nutty without being overly sweet, and the texture is surprisingly smooth for a plant-based bar. It's the first dairy-free chocolate I've tried that doesn't taste like a compromise.

I grabbed this expecting it to taste like a compromise, but the cashew base actually gives it this smooth, creamy melt that I didn't get from other vegan bars. It's fully plant-based with no dairy hiding in there, which is exactly what I needed.

I was skeptical about a cashew-based chocolate but the texture is incredibly creamy, not chalky at all. Even though it's medium brown, there's zero milk in it and I honestly couldn't tell the difference from a regular bar.
