鮮巧克力草莓/夸克白巧克力

The dried strawberry pieces actually stay crisp in the white chocolate instead of going chewy, which I didn't expect. The quark keeps it from being too sweet, so a couple of squares is plenty.

The white chocolate with quark is such a nice change from the usual milk versions, tangy but still creamy. I ate half the bar before it even made it to the fridge, and the freeze-dried strawberry pieces give it a real fruit kick without being too sweet.

The crunchy dried strawberry bits are what sold me—they keep their texture right through the creamy quark layer, so every spoonful has that little pop of tartness. I've already finished the tub in two sittings because it's just the right balance of fruity and rich without being heavy.
