The whole macadamia nuts are what sold me — you actually get big crunchy halves instead of sad little fragments. Milk chocolate is creamy without being overly sweet, so the nut flavor still comes through. Gone through two bars this week already.

The caramelized macadamia pieces stay crunchy even days after opening, which I didn't expect from milk chocolate. I've been breaking off a square with my afternoon coffee and the whole bag is nearly gone already.

I usually prefer hazelnut milk chocolate, but the caramelized macadamias in this bar completely won me over—they’re perfectly crunchy without being too sweet. The roasting comes through in every bite, and the whole nuts make it feel more substantial than your average chocolate bar.
