Cut the first piece and was honestly surprised how thick the dark chocolate layers are, with that hand-filled pistachio cream in between tasting rich but not overly sweet. It's dangerously easy to eat the whole bar in one sitting.

The texture is what got me—that creamy pistachio layer between the dark chocolate is so smooth it almost feels like a mousse. I ate one square and immediately had to cut another piece to check the hand-filled layers again.

Cut the first bar open and the pistachio filling actually looked hand-spread, not piped in some boring straight line. The dark chocolate layers are thick enough to snap but still let that creamy middle shine through. I’ve already ordered a second one.
