The Piemont hazelnuts are what make this one stand out — you can actually taste the roasted pieces instead of just a vague nutty flavor. Dark chocolate is rich without being bitter, and I've already gone through two bars this month.

Twenty years in the assortment and I get why — the dark chocolate snaps clean and the hazelnuts stay crunchy instead of going soft. I keep a bar in the fridge and break off two squares after dinner, and that's usually where it ends.

The hazelnuts from Piedmont really come through—they're roasted just enough to add a deep, nutty crunch against the smooth dark chocolate. It’s my third order of this one and the texture stays consistently perfect every time.
