The caramelized Piedmont hazelnuts give it a nice crunch instead of just plain milk chocolate. My mum kept the little heart box on her desk for weeks after finishing it.

Gave this to my girlfriend for our anniversary and the caramelized hazelnuts inside the chocolate heart totally made it — crunchy little bits in every bite. She said it was too pretty to eat, then finished the whole thing in one evening.

The milk chocolate is so creamy, and those caramelized hazelnuts from Piedmont give it a lovely crunch that makes the whole thing feel extra special. Opened the box with my partner and the little heart shape made them smile instantly.
